£1,700,000 in legal tender Treasury Bills authorized by Oct. 20, 1777 Act and redeemable by Dec. 1, 1784. Printed from the same forms used for the May 5, 1777 issue and with the date partly written in by hand. Heavy rag paper containing blue fibers and mica flakes was used. Printed by A. Perdie. Signers were B. Dickson, L. Wood, and James Wray. One signer appears on four lowest denominations and two signers on the others.
