£10,000 (£5,000 and £5,000) in legal tender Treasury Notes redeemable without interest by Oct. 20, 1769. These were similar to the Oct. 12, 1758 issue. Signers were Robert Carter Nicholas, Peyton Randolph, and perhaps others.
