Obverse: Date is 7 mm. and low OBV. 18. S1UH, S7B-CHb, S8LE, S13UE. S8 is 1 mm. from cap. Stars 4 and 5 are usually, if not always, quite flat and weak. Date is 7 mm.
Reverse: Crossbars over run border at right REV. T. A1UE, A2B, A3C. 50 C. is 1 ½ mm. A-A is ¾ mm. I is centered under left side of T. Stem and claw are usually flat and weak. Border of shield on left is thick and coarse, but on the right it is only a thin line and this line is overrun by the crossbars. E centered under D. Top apex of shield unfinished. (64,63,63,62,60) R.4
