The 1912-D Lincoln cent is a semi-key coin that is difficult in circulated grades and scarce in the uncirculated range. Strike is variable on this coin, with some examples clearly better struck than others, characteristic of early mint marked Lincoln cents.

Reverse Description
Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
