Lady Liberty is seated on a rock, holding a staff, and bearing a shield with the word LIBERTY on a flowing ribbon. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA adorns the periphery and the date appears at the bottom center.
Reverse Description
ONE DIME is centered in the middle of the reverse surrounded by a wreath tied by a bow at the bottom. Mint mark, if any, appears below the bow at the bottom.
