Obverse: Actually a trade dollar pattern die, with Liberty seated at the seashore, similar to J-1396 twenty-cent piece (complete with illogical depiction of ship), but here with a ribbon below the base inscribed IN GOD WE TRUST.

Reverse: Regular trade dollar of the 1873 to 1875 design with berry below claw (Type I, the reverse style of 1873 to 1876).
