Star 1 center OBV. 5. S1C, S7UH-TOC, S8UE, S13LH. S1 is 1 mm. Dr. S13 slightly over ¼ mm. from curl. Date is 8 mm.
Reverse Description
A-A nearly touch REV. G. A1LE, A2B, A3B. 50 C. is 1 ½ mm. and high. A-A nearly touch. Left sides of T-I are in line. Legend and devices are sharp struck. Second T in STATES low in relation to other letters, right base of A well above left base of M. (65,65,64,64,64) R.3
